Electro Galvanizing

Electro galvanizing (electrolytic galvanizing) is a method of coating metal parts with zinc through an electrochemical process. Parts are immersed in a bath containing zinc salts, and an electric current is applied to deposit a thin, homogeneous zinc layer on the surface. The coating thickness is typically between 5-25 microns and is widely used in pre-paint surface preparation, thin strip metals, machine components, fasteners (bolts, nuts, screws), and electronic hardware. It is preferred in applications requiring superior surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
